Control and Monitoring Sector
The purpose of the Academy’s Sector for Work with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities, Control and Monitoring (hereinafter referred to as the Control and Monitoring Sector) is to monitor the implementation of the tasks defined in the National Program for Personnel Training; to oversee and analyze the timely execution, in the educational process, of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions, and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers concerning higher education, regulatory documents and methodological guidelines of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, and other regulatory documents of higher authorities, ministries, and organizations, as well as decisions of the Academy Council, decisions of the Academy Rector’s Council, and orders of the Rector; to carry out general monitoring control over the compliance of the activities of the Academy’s faculties, departments, and divisions with the requirements of the law; to conduct monitoring inspections in accordance with the…
